The present invention a system and a method of providing a vehicular mobility service between members of community. The system and the method may provide the vehicular mobility service between the members of specific community not a replacement driver, thereby reducing considerably service use expense through collaboration concept according to usage of the vehicular mobility service of sharers on the same route, preparing accident through one-time insurance subscription and investigating distinctly matter of responsibility through provision of picture information before vehicle driving and picture information after the vehicle driving when accident happens. The system of providing the mobility service between the members of the community comprises: (a) storing member information and community service subscribing information in a member information database in the event that the member information and the community service subscribing information are received from a member terminal and processing subscription of community service based on the stored member information and the stored community service subscribing information; (b) providing a point in the event that it is verified that a registered member pays charging money and storing the point with linking with the member information; (c) receiving service request information including replacement driving request information or replacement driver registering information from the member terminal and storing the received service request information in a service request information database; (d) detecting through the service request information database whether or not the other party service request information matched with the replacement driving request information or the replacement driver registering information exists; (e) providing the other party service request information to the member terminal when it is verified that the matched other party service request information exists; (f) subtracting a point of a member who accepts usage of a vehicle so as to use the service in the event that the member receiving the other party service request information permits usage of the service and processing the one-time insurance subscription; and (g) subtracting a point of a member who requests the vehicle in return for usage of the service about the service request information and performing balance accounts by accumulating a point of the member who accepts usage of the vehicle. Here, in the step (d), matching among members who subscribe to the same community service is verified in the event that it is detected whether or not the other party service request information matched with the replacement driving request information or the replacement driver registering information exists. |
