PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle notification device capable of estimating driver's load more accurately and notifying a driver of information.SOLUTION: A vehicle state estimation unit M12 calculates a load when a vehicle turns right or left to be heavier than a load when the vehicle runs straight. A driver state estimation unit M14 calculates a load related to current driving as a heavy load if an interval between a driver's final driving date and a driver's current driving date is longer than a load compared to if the interval is short. A peripheral state estimation unit M16 calculates a load related to driving as a heavy load if the driver has not run the vehicle on a travel road before compared to a load if the driver has run the vehicle on the travel road. An integral state determination unit M18 calculates a final load on the basis of the loads computed by the vehicle state estimation unit M12, the driver state estimation unit M14, and the peripheral state estimation unit M16, and determines a content of information of which the driver is notified and notification timing on the basis of the computed final load.
