PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic-transmission control apparatus capable of preventing execution of extraneous cooperative control associated with an ABS, improving drivability, in the automatic-transmission control apparatus with the aforementioned function.SOLUTION: A TCU 70 includes: a cooperative control part 71 for executing cooperative control that includes releasing of a lockup clutch 26 while an ABS 50 is in operation; a wheel speed reducing rate calculation part 73 for calculating a wheel speed reducing rate while the ABS 50 is in operation with a brake applied, the rate that is a ratio between a most reduced wheel speed and a vehicular speed, of wheel speeds on all wheels 10; a reduced wheel detection part 74 for detecting whether a wheel speed of an individual wheel 10 is reduced on the basis of a comparison between a maximum value of wheel speed and respective wheel speeds of individual wheels 10; and a delay setup part 75 for setting a delay until starting the cooperative control on the basis of the wheel speed reducing rate in a case where there is only one wheel 10 on which the wheel speed is reduced. The cooperative control part 71 executes the cooperative control when the delay has elapsed.
