Disclosed is controlling equipment and a system of capsule endoscope. The controlling equipment and system of a capsule endoscope comprises a rack (30), a wheelwork (3) arranged on the rack (30), a moving arm (4) fixed on the wheelwork (3) and at the end of which a permanent magnet (5) is arranged, and an actuating device (2) which is electrically connected to the wheelwork (3) and the moving arm (4) to receive external motion control commands and drive the wheelwork (3), the moving arm (4) and the permanent magnet (5) to move. By means of the magnetism of the permanent magnet (5), the position and posture of the capsule endoscope is controlled in the human body. The controlling equipment and system of the capsule endoscope adopts an electrical control mode, which renders the capsule endoscope capable of completing shooting of a stomach, so that it improves the accuracy and precision of medical diagnosis.
