The invention relates to a method for fastening a seal to a portion of a motor vehicle or a motor vehicle part, wherein the method contains the following steps: – an arranging step, in which the motor vehicle or the motor vehicle part is arranged in such a manner that the portion is accessible for the fastening of the seal; – an applying step, in which a liquid adhesive is applied to the portion or to the seal; and – a fastening step, in which the seal is applied to the portion in such a manner that the seal is fastened to the portion after the adhesive cures. |
