A device for automatically winding a wire around an electronic cigarette rod. A movable winding mechanism (13) leads a wire (9) out. Because the electronic cigarette rod (8) rotates under the drive of a first motor (11), the wire (9) can be wound onto an outer sleeve of the electronic cigarette rod (8), and the movable winding mechanism (13) moves in the direction parallel to the axis of the electronic cigarette rod (8) under the guide of a guide mechanism (14) driven by a second motor (12), so that the wire (9) can be wound around the electronic cigarette rod (8). Due to the uniform rotation speed of the motors and the constant intensity, the situations of non-uniform distances between loops of a wound wire and loosening of the wound wire in the conventional manual winding are avoided; compared with the manual winding, automatic winding is quicker and more convenient, the production cycle of a product is shortened, and the device can also freely control the distance between the loops of the wound wire and adjust the tightness of the wound wire, so that the device can be adapted to different types of electronic cigarettes. |
