Provided is a communication device for resource allocation, comprising: a determining module, for obtaining, from within S regions corresponding to various beams, various beam IDs fed back by user devices, determining, according to the beam IDs, various T regions containing user devices, and determining the number of user devices contained in the various T regions; a calculating module, for selecting, according to a preset rule, accessing user devices from within the user devices contained in the various T regions, and, according to a resource allocation policy, calculating resource proportions allocated to the various accessing user devices; an allocating module, for allocating, according to preset allocation means and according to the resource proportions, resources allocated to the various user devices to the user devices, sending PDCCH information to the user devices, and issuing the resources allocated to the user devices to the user devices. Also provided is a method for resource allocation. The present invention has the advantages of improving the flexibility and efficiency of resource allocation, and improving the user experience of resource allocation. |
