The present invention relates to a frame rate increasing device for images obtained by a moving object such as a flying object moving at a high speed. The frame rate increasing device executes a motion tracking operation by considering the progress information of the moving object regarding a video recorded and encoded by the moving object, verifies and corrects the precision of the tracked motion, and uses the tracked motion information to correct the images between the frames in order to increase the frame rate of the images obtained by the moving object. Accordingly, the frame rate increasing device can enhance the performance of a target tracking device of the moving object operating upon receiving the images obtained by the moving object, improves the image definition of images obtained by the moving object watched by the user controlling the moving object, and excellently increase the frame rate while reducing the calculation load compared with a conventional view display system. |
