PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seat frame movable device which links movement of a vehicle seat in a fore and aft direction with reclining operation etc. and enables a vehicle seat to be automatically slid in the fore and aft direction and manually disposed at a given position.SOLUTION: A seat frame device includes a movable device including: an upper rail to which a seat frame of a vehicle seat is attached; a lower rail 10 which slidably supports the upper rail; a constant force spring 30 which is provided at the upper rail and biases the upper rail so that the upper rail moves in one of a forward direction and a rearward direction relative to the lower rail; and a lock member 60 which locks or unlocks the constant force spring.
