PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of sufficiently utilizing available communication capacity of a smartphone.SOLUTION: A system includes a communication device 110. The communication device 110 comprises: a line connector 112 that connects a plurality of terminals 120, 121, and 122 for relaying communication between information equipment 100 and a communication network 130; and a selection unit 111 that selects the terminals 120, 121, and 122. Each of the terminals 120, 121, and 122 outputs the own communication amount in a predetermined time period to the selection unit 111 of the communication device 110. The selection unit 111 of the communication device 110 outputs an identifier corresponding to a terminal in which the inputted communication amount in the predetermined time period is lower than a predetermined upper limit value. The line connector 112 of the communication device 110 relays communication between any one terminal corresponding to the identifier outputted from the selection unit 111, among the terminals 120, 121, and 122, and the information equipment 100. |
