[Classes 70 and 87 (ii)] Articles, such as tiles, are moulded by stamping in moulds a crumbly mixture comprising calcined magnesite, organic fibrous material and magnesium chloride, the mixture consisting of one part by weight of magnesium chloride solution of 17-27‹ BÚ to 1.3 to 2 parts by weight of dry calcined magnesite and fibrous material. In an example, 79 parts by weight of ground magnesite are mixed with 21 parts of woodflour and moistened with 70 parts of magnesium chloride solution at 21‹BÚ.</p> |
