Provided is a leg rest apparatus for a vehicle, comprising: a leg rest which is coupled to a front side of a seat cushion in a vehicle, and is folded or unfolded upward by operating a driving portion; and a tilting portion of which one end is coupled to the leg rest, and the other end is coupled to the seat cushion, so that when the leg rest is unfolded, the leg rest is tilted forward at a specific angle.
