1. An adjustable strap securing device adapted to secure an adjustable strap having an adjustment device, said adjustable strap securing device comprising:
(a) a first side, said first side being adapted to contact the adjustable strap and having a loop end and a tail end; (b) a second side, said second side being attached to the loop end of the first side at an angle relative to the first side and having a second side distal end; (c) a second side fastening means, said second side fastening means being disposed adjacent to the second side distal end; (d) a third side, said third side being attached to the straight end of the first side at an angle relative to the first side and having a third side distal end; (e) a third side fastening means, said third side fastening means being disposed adjacent to the third side distal end; wherein the second side fastening means and the third side fastening means are adapted to releasably engage the adjustment device of the adjustable strap; and wherein the first side contacts the adjustable strap when the second side fastening means and the third side fastening means releasably engage the adjustment device of the adjustable strap.
