摘要 The present invention relates to a natural ventilation apparatus for a window with improved thermal performance using an air layer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a natural ventilation apparatus for a window with improved thermal performance using an air layer, the apparatus comprising: an outer frame; an inner frame; an opening and closing flap; a side frame; an opening and closing switch; an inner air vent; and a finishing plate, wherein the inner frame, the opening and closing flap, and the side frame have at least one hollow air layer partially or independently formed on the inside thereof in the lengthwise direction. The outer frame is positioned on the outdoor side of a window frame and defines an air passage. The inner frame is coupled to the upper and lower sections of the outer frame by being fastened thereto by the medium of coupling members, and has an upper inner frame and a lower inner frame formed in a bent shape so that a ventilation hole can be formed in the middle thereof in the lengthwise direction, wherein a fixing groove is formed on the inside of each of the upper inner frame and the lower inner frame, and a plurality of connection holes are formed on the upper section of the upper inner frame and the lower section of the lower inner frame, an upper window fastening frame being formed between the connection holes of the upper inner frame, and a lower window fastening frame being formed between the connection holes of the lower inner frame. The opening and closing flap has a square shape of which the overall contour is "<shaped," has a hinge pin formed on the upper section thereof, the hinge pin being inserted in a main hinge formed at the upper side of the inside of the inner frame, has a permanent magnet formed at one side of the inside of the square shape and a magnetic body formed at the other side thereof, has a silicone packing for air tightness maintenance on the upper section and the lower section of the square shape in contact with the inner frame, and has ends rotating so as to be able to selectively open and close an air flow path of a space between the outer frame and the inner frame. The side frame corresponds to a shape in which the outer frame and the inner frame are assembled, and is coupled to the sides of both ends of the outer frame and the inner frame while having a silicone packing inserted therein, the silicone packing having a shape corresponding to an assembling protrusion rod, and then having a plurality of assembly holes formed thereon, the assembly holes being connectedly assembled by connection screws to the connection holes of the inner frame. The opening and closing switch comprises: a switch main body positioned and installed at the center of the indoor side of the inner frame; and a switch which is configured so as to move up and down while having an opening and closing permanent magnet arranged on the inside of a case and having a grip formed so as to be exposed to the outside of the case, the opening and closing switch driving the opening and closing flap to be opened by a pushing operation between the opening and closing permanent magnet of the switch and the permanent magnet of the opening and closing flap, and driving the opening and closing flap to be closed by a pulling operation between the opening and closing permanent magnet of the switch and the magnetic body of the opening and closing flap. The inner air vent has a filter frame formed thereon, the filter frame having a filter fixed on the inside of a grill frame having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon, has a fixing rod formed on the upper and lower sections of the grill frame, and is installed at each side of the inner frame having the opening and closing switch installed therein. The finishing plate is fastened between the opening and closing switch and the inner air vent, and keeps the opening and closing switch stably fixed. The natural ventilation apparatus for a window with improved thermal performance using an air layer according to the present invention has a structure in which a simple air layer thermal structure is installed on the window and is configured such that a hollow air layer for completely blocking ventilation when the opening and closing flap is closed is formed partially or independently on the whole frame, thereby being capable of increasing the thermal performance, air-tightness, air filtration, and convenience for use. In addition, according to the present invention, the opening and closing switch is positioned at the center, the inner air vent is formed at each side of the opening and closing switch, and the opening and closing switch is implemented so as to enable a manual opening and closing switch function and an automatic opening and closing switch function, thereby enabling remote control of the natural ventilation apparatus. In addition, the silicone packing is formed on the opening and closing flap, and an airtight groove is further formed on the inner frame so as to correspond to the silicone packing, thereby enabling air-tightness to be enhanced. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the opening and closing flap having the permanent magnet and the magnetic body formed thereon, and the opening and closing switch having the opening and closing permanent magnet are configured in various arrangement structures, and thereby the ventilation operation of the opening and closing flap of the natural ventilation apparatus can be variously implemented; energy is reduced and dew condensation in the balcony is prevented (reduced) through the thermal performance of the air layer; energy reduction and balcony dew condensation prevention (reduction) are further enhanced due to the function of an airtight locking device through which firm air-tightness can be maintained in spite of a change in the indoor or outdoor pressure due to the pulling force (magnetism) that the magnetic body, which is formed in the opening and closing flap, causes in a closed state with the opening and closing permanent magnet of the opening and closing switch, and due to formation of the silicone packing on the opening and closing flap and formation of an airtight groove on the inner frame so as to correspond to the silicone packing; the filter having the same thickness as the air layer of the inner frame is installed so that an air filtration function is improved and thus the indoor air quality is optimized; and if the fine dust, yellow dust or humidity of outside air according to a user's setting through a remote control is a predetermined value or more, ventilation is stopped (blocked) so that optimization of the indoor air quality is maintained, and due to the setting of the opening degree of the opening and closing flap, the indoor ventilation amount can be controlled and convenience for use can be promoted.
