[Problem] To provide: a pad which can be used in heels and pumps and can correct a skeletal balance; a heel bone holder; and an insole assembly kit. [Solution] A pad for heels and pumps fills a void formed as the result of the raising of a heel bone above the bottom surface to suspend a metatarsophalangeal joint from the second metatarsal head through the fifth metatarsal head. In the pad, the thickness of a fifth metatarsal head region that corresponds to the fifth metatarsal head is larger than that of a second metatarsal head region that corresponds to the second metatarsal head, and a slope-like tilt is formed from the fifth metatarsal head region toward the second metatarsal head region. |
