PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade device used for a turbine device that can reduce disadvantages found in its prior art.SOLUTION: A blade device of this invention is constituted to be used in a turbine device and comprises a rotating shaft (1) and a plurality of blade units (2) spaced apart in their angular directions. The rotating shaft (1) can be rotated in its rotating direction (T). The blade units are connected to the rotating shaft (1). Each of the blade units (2) comprises a grate frame (21) and a plurality of spaced-apart cup members (22). The grate frame (21) is connected to the rotating shaft (1). The cup members (22) arranged in arrays and connected to the grate frame (21). The cup members (22) have an inner surface (221) defining a receiving surface (220) and an outer surface (222) that is present at an opposite side of the inner surface (221) and faces toward the rotating direction (T). |
