PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection device having imaging means, the image projection device capable of reducing into a compact size when stored, and also capable of taking an image while suppressing degradation of a peripheral image by making a field angle of a lens of the imaging means, even if arranged in proximity of a projection surface to project a projection image in an enlarged manner.SOLUTION: A projector 1 includes a camera 70 configured to take an image within a projection area of a projection image projected on a screen 100 in an enlarged manner. A projection part cover 60 holding the camera 70 is provided for a housing cover 2 of the projector 1, in a manner movable from a cover closed position when the camera 70 is not taking a projection image, to a cover opening position when taking an image. The distance between the screen 100 and a lens 71 of the camera 70 in a direction vertical to the screen 100 becomes longer when the projection part cover 60 is located in the cover opening position than in the cover closed position. |
