PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material peeling tool and a floor material peeling method that reduces labor when peeling a floor material.SOLUTION: A floor material peeling tool 1 is for peeling a floor material 100 bonded on a ground surface 200 underneath a floor, and includes a rod-like handle part 10 and a blade part 20 fitted at a tip of the handle part 10. The blade part 20 has a pair of plate-form pieces 22, 23 having two sides that form an acute angle. A cutting edge is formed on one of the sides 22a, 23a of each of the pair of plate-form pieces 22, 23. The pair of plate-form pieces 22, 23 are positioned with an inclination, so as to bring the other of the sides 22b, 23b in contact with (close to) each other, and to keep the other sides 22b, 23b above the cutting edge in a vertical direction when the cutting edge is brought in contact with the ground surface 200 underneath the floor. |
