PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue treatment method capable of suppressing the elution of heavy metal and fluorine from a fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue treatment method for kneading a fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue, cement, and a phosphate compound and treating a kneaded matter. Preferable aspects include an aspect of adding 5 parts by mass to 20 parts by mass of the cement to 100 parts by mass of the fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue, an aspect of adding 1 part by mass to 10 parts by mass of the phosphate compound to 100 parts by mass of the fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue, and an aspect in which the fluorine-containing smelting leaching residue is a zinc leaching residue after a leaching treatment of recovering zinc from fly ashes generated in smelting of iron and including heavy metal. |
