摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments from which CD20 positive cells can be analyzed by using canine living cells and tissues, nucleic acids encoding these and vectors, kits and methods for diagnosing canine B-cell lymphoma, therapeutic compositions and therapeutic methods for canine B-cell lymphoma, chimeric antigen receptors having antigen reaction domains of the antibodies, nucleic acids encoding the chimeric antigen receptors and vectors, T cells expressing the chimeric antigen receptors, and therapeutic methods for canine B-cell lymphoma by using the T cells.SOLUTION: Provided are monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments to canine CD20 on extracellular regions, nucleic acids encoding these and vectors, kits and methods for diagnosing canine B-cell lymphoma, therapeutic compositions and methods for canine B-cell lymphoma, chimeric antigen receptors, nucleic acids encoding these and vectors, T cells expressing the chimeric antigen receptors, and therapeutic methods for canine B-cell lymphoma.
