PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture apparatus capable of carrying out objects to be cultured to a plurality of incubators more efficiently.SOLUTION: An isolator 2 has at least two communication port parts 2dA, 2dB, and connects incubators 4 to each communication port part via a connection part material 114 (connection means 111). In a culture apparatus, one communication port part 2dA and a carrying in/out port part 4d of the incubator 4 which communicates with the part are opened to make an operation room 2a and the inside of the incubator 4 become a communicable state, another communication port part 2dB and the carrying in/out port part 4d of another incubator 4 are closed, decontamination gas is supplied into a decontamination space S formed inside the connection part material, and decontamination of a portion exposed in the decontamination space is performed. |
