1. A navigation system comprising:
a map information database; a memory configured to store a plurality of dynamically changeable conditions and at least respective locations and expiration information associated with respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions; a geospatial position determining system; a radio transceiver configured to transmit a dynamically changeable condition provided by a user and to receive at least one dynamically changeable condition not entered by the user; and a user interface controlled by a microprocessor, the user interface configured to receive the dynamically changeable condition provided by the user, and to present map information from the map information database associated with a position determined by the geospatial position determining system, together with at least one dynamically changeable condition associated with the position determined by the geospatial position determining system and further dependent on a relation of a current time and the expiration information associated with the respective dynamically changeable conditions from among the plurality of dynamically changeable conditions.
