The present invention relates to a windproof and soundproof window minimizing a gap between a window ledge and a window frame, and more specifically, minimizing the gap between an inner upper end of the window ledge and an upper end of the window frame in order to prevent wind or a noise from being introduced to the inside. According to the present invention, the windproof and soundproof window comprises: an outer window ledge installed in a wall of a building and where a coupling protrusion is formed inside an edge; an inner window ledge inserted into the coupling protrusion of the outer window ledge to be fixated and wherein a guide rail is formed in an upper and lower window ledge member and one side window ledge member is formed to be opened and closed; and a window guided by the guide rail while one side window ledge member of the inner window ledge is opened to be inserted into the inner window ledge and upper and lower ends are closely attached to be slid to the guide rail. |
