The present invention relates to a guide pin assembly for fixing a stay of an I-type bumper beam. The guide pin assembly to fix an I-type bumper pin for a vehicle to a stay comprises: a guide pin main body made of the same material as the stay; a hollow guide pin which is made of the same material as the guide pin main body, and protrudes from an edge of one side surface of the guide pin main body in a spired shape; and a cylindrical reinforcing sleeve which is made of the same material as the guide pin main body, and is inserted into the hollow inside of the guide pine. According to the present invention, as the structure of a guide pin in an I-type bumper beam is simply reinforced and improved, the fastening strength is increased and the assembly performance can be enhanced by preventing the guide pin from being broken.
