PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pit carriage trouble rescue device and a rescue method which rescue carriage upon the occurrence of trouble when the carriage device becomes carriage-impossible.SOLUTION: A pit carriage trouble rescue device 600 which rescues carriage of a buffer material-integrated waste body 3 upon the occurrence of failure when a carriage device 16 encounters the occurrence of trouble or an obstacle on a runway and gets to carriage-impossible is configured such that bases extended in two lines also used as guide rails 36 are extended on both sides of a gateway bottom part, an ordinary loading truck is caused to travel on the inner side of the bases also used as guide rails 36, upon the occurrence of trouble, a travel crane device 68 having a portal frame which can pass through a gap between an upper outer circumferential surface and a gateway inner wall of the buffer material-integrated waste body 3 is caused to travel, thereafter, the buffer material-integrated waste body 3 is lifted up, is released from the ordinary loading truck and is moved from a trouble occurring position. |
