PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable lighting equipment which can illuminate brightly, can be downsized, and has excellent heat radiation characteristics.SOLUTION: A plurality of insulation heat sinks 2 are placed on a main surface of a base part 1 in an array. LED chips 3 are provided on the respective insulation heat sinks. The plurality of insulation heat sinks on the base part 1 and the plurality of LED chips 3 are encapsulated by resin containing a fluorescent substance, and a resin mold part 4 containing the fluorescent substance is formed. A hemispherical resin mold part 5 is formed on the resin mold part 4 containing the fluorescent substance. On a back surface side of the base part 1, a cylindrical support body 6 is attached. A plurality of radiation fins 7 are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the support body 6. The plurality of radiation fins 7 are radially extended outward from the outer peripheral surface around a central shaft of the support body 6. On another end surface of the support body 6, a mouth piece 9 is provided via an insulation part 60. |
