PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for desired frequency shift by translating a dielectric plate in a waveguide, in a tunable filter including a frequency tuning mechanism for making the center frequency variable mechanically.SOLUTION: The frequency tuning mechanism 4 of a tunable filter 1 includes a support plate 10 arranged in parallel with a dielectric plate and supporting the dielectric plate on the outside of the waveguide, a guide 20 for guiding the support plate 10 movably in uniaxial direction by stopping uniaxial rotation, a drive section 30 for moving the support plate 10 uniaxially, and a frame 40 for supporting the guide 20 and the drive section 30 at a position fixed for the waveguide. The drive section 30 includes a screw shaft 31 supported in a uniaxial direction and screwed to a screw part on the support plate 10 side so as to be rotary driven, and a spring 33 for energizing the support plate 10 in a direction separating from the frame 40. |
