PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module which enables the achievement of more efficient dissipation of heat generated in a light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module 1 comprises: a substrate 2; and a plurality of light-emitting elements 3 mounted on at least one surface of the substrate 2. The substrate 2 includes: a support plate 4 including a support part 5 having thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity and an insulating part 6 formed to surround the support part 5; and an insulating resin layer 7 directly stacked on the support plate 4. The light-emitting elements 3 on the substrate 2 are disposed on a surface of the support part 5 on the side of a plane 4b of the support plate 4 out of contact with the resin layer 7. Further as to the substrate 2, an electrode layer 9 in a predetermined pattern is disposed on the insulating part 6. In the light-emitting module 1, the surface area of the surface of the support part 5 on the side of a plane 4a of the support plate 4 in contact with the resin layer 7 is larger than that of the surface of the support part 5 on the side of the plane 4b out of contact with the resin layer 7. |
