PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a parasitic capacitance between a gate line and a common electrode.SOLUTION: A gate driving integrated circuit includes a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor for outputting a scan signal to a gate line if in a display mode, and additionally includes a touch mode transistor for outputting a touch driving signal applied to a common electrode or a signal corresponding to the touch driving signal also to the gate line if in a touch mode.
