PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimension measurement device capable of measuring the dimensions of objects to be measured that have two kinds of size as design values at the same time by a single measurement.SOLUTION: This dimension measurement device 100 discriminates the magnitude of dimensions of the object to be measured that includes a large member whose design value of minimum dimension is M±δM and a small member whose design value of maximum dimension is m±δm(M>m). The dimension measurement device comprises two parallel optical paths, a first beam splitter 20 for splitting the optical path into a first and a second direction, two first optical receivers 30 placed on the optical path in a first direction, and two second optical receivers 40 placed on the optical path in a second direction. The large member is arranged between the first beam splitter 20 and the first optical receivers 30, and the small member is arranged between the first beam splitter 20 and the second optical receivers 40, the interval L between the two parallel optical paths satisfies m+δm<L<M-δM. |
