PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support deciding required total quantity of stock of replacement parts of a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: An estimation program causes a computer to execute the following processing: acquiring position information and model information of a plurality of mobile terminals; specifying a mobile terminal group whose status satisfying a predetermined condition in a predetermined area including a position of a store that provides replacement parts of a mobile terminal; specifying model information of mobile terminals included in the specified mobile terminal group; estimating required total quantity of one or a plurality of replacement parts in reference to the specified model information of the mobile terminals and replacement parts information stored in association with the model information; and outputting a result of the estimation.
