PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site negotiation support system capable of performing smooth negotiation when negotiate site purchasing or leasing with plural land title owners over a wide range for laying of power transmission lines.SOLUTION: A land price evaluation device 10 inputting a start point of a transmission line from an input part 5, a place name information of a terminal point and installation cost information inputs corresponding map information from a map information DB2; creates a district discrimination diagram for every land owner; calculates a public land price from public information DB3 and a land price with respect to a land not opening to the public; displays the prices on the district discrimination diagram; and creates land price correction data on the basis of transaction price information from land information DB4. A route selection device 6 selects a transmission line route whose cost is equal to or less than an installation cost and is minimum one, and displays the route in a land price presentation device 7. |
