PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a content.SOLUTION: A distribution apparatus includes a distribution section. The distribution section distributes control information for controlling a display mode of a content, to a terminal device. When a change operation is performed to change a display mode of a content displayed by the terminal device, the control information executes an adjustment procedure for adjusting the display mode of the content so that a predetermined position of the content may be displayed in a predetermined display position in a display area of the terminal device. The adjustment procedure adjusts a moving speed of the content or a moving distance of the content during moving the content by the change operation as an adjustment of the display mode of the content.
