PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device that allows parallel processing of digital noise cancellation, and A/D conversion and data transfer.SOLUTION: In a solid-state imaging device, each pixel in a selected row outputs to a corresponding column signal line, a first analog signal according to an amount of charges in a charge storage section at an initialized state and a second analog signal according to an amount of optical charges transferred to the charge storage section. An A/D converter 20 provided in each column A/D converts the first and second analog signals to output converted first and second digital signals, respectively. Among first to third latch circuits provided in each column, the first latch circuit 34 receives and holds the first digital signal outputted from the A/D converter 20. The second latch circuit 35 receives and holds the first digital signal held in the first latch circuit. The third latch circuit 36 receives and holds the second digital signal outputted from the A/D converter 20. |
