Disclosed is a tobacco slice used in a tobacco evaporator and a preparation method thereof. At least one tobacco slice (10) is accommodated in an evaporation chamber (1) of the tobacco evaporator. The tobacco slice (10) has a sheet structure, the thickness of which is 0.1mm-20mm. Applying the tobacco slice and the preparation method thereof have the following advantageous effects: not only is the tobacco slice adopting a slice of pie structure convenient to load or unload, thereby avoiding the falling of from the evaporation chamber, but the tobacco slice is also in direct contact with a heating region. The amount of tobacco per unit area is small, in order to quickly evaporate nicotine from the tobacco slice, fully guarantee the heating efficiency and shorten the roasting time of tobacco. |
