The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a loess brick comprising: a preprocessing step (S100) for removing fine impurities by selecting two times with a 4 mesh and three times with a 5 mesh after filtering identified impurities as loess is identified with the naked eye; a moisture adjusting step (S110) for maintaining a population number of microorganisms by supplying feed for microorganisms existing in the loess which has gone through the preprocessing step (S100), and adjusting a moisture regain to 30-40% by injecting water so as to minimize cohesion between particles of loess; a loess kneading step (S200) for adjusting a moisture regain to 10-25% by kneading while grinding after placing 80 wt% of loess and 20 wt% of chaff, wherein a moisture regain is adjusted as having gone through the moisture adjusting step (S110), into a mixer; a processing step (S300) for compression molding a loess paste by a press of 180-200 tons after durability and compressive strength of the loess paste are increased due to an increase in a silicate component inside chaff and loess by burning the loess paste wherein chaff and loess which have gone through the loess kneading step (S200) are mixed; and a drying step (S400) for drying for 72-96 hours in daylight so as to prevent physical properties reduction and crack prevention of the loess compression molded while having gone through the processing step (S300). |
