The present invention relates to an electronic payment terminal system using a vehicle DSRC dongle and a smartphone. The electronic payment terminal system using a vehicle DSRC dongle and a smartphone includes: a storage management server storing and managing generated calculation completion information so as to correspond to vehicle identification information; a crossroad installation device receiving DGPS information of the vehicle, periodically transmitting tolling zone information and the DGPS information to a vehicle DSRC dongle, and transmitting the vehicle identification information to the storage management server; the vehicle DSRC dongle determining whether or not the vehicle is located in the tolling zone, transmitting charging information to the smartphone if the vehicle is located in the tolling zone, and transmitting payment result information to the storage management server; and the smartphone receiving the charging information and transmitting the generated payment result information to the vehicle DSRC dongle. Therefore, the vehicle can automatically pay a toll without changing a traffic lane or slowing down speed in order to pay the toll. |
