PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can efficiently manage print jobs.SOLUTION: A printer 100 having an operation screen includes: receiving means for receiving print information containing a user name; generating means for generating a folder, which is a destination for storing print information, for each user name, the folder having a folder name containing the user name; storing means for storing print information containing user names received by the receiving means in association with folder names; and display controlling means for controlling the operation screen to display a list of print information stored in the storing means and associated with folder names containing a specific user name, in response to an operation instructed through the operation screen by a user. If none of the user names contained in the print information stored in the storing means matches the user name contained in the print information received by the receiving means, the generating means generates a folder having a folder name containing the user name received by the receiving means. |
