PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero gas refiner for COconcentration measurement, which is capable of continuously refining a zero gas suitable for COconcentration measurement and high in quality, and which realizes maintenance free over a long period.SOLUTION: Employed is a zero gas refiner comprising: a moisture adsorbent and a COadsorbent which are heated to a prescribed reproduction temperature to allow desorption of an adsorption component and recover the adsorption ability thereof; a refiner main body that refines a zero gas and guides the zero gas out while adsorbing moisture and COin an introduced sample gas or the atmosphere by the moisture adsorbent and the COadsorbent housed inside the refiner main body in this order; and a heating mechanism that heats the refiner main body when the adsorption ability of the moisture adsorbent and the COadsorbent is reduced to a prescribed value or lower. |
