PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of preventing the leakage of a heat medium to outside of a heat medium flow passage by heat damage from an exhaust system.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery device 100 comprises: a heat exchange unit 10 implementing heat exchange with exhaust gas discharged from an engine; a bypass unit 20 causing the exhaust gas to bypass the heat exchange unit 10; a valve 50 distributing the exhaust gas to the heat exchange unit 10 and the bypass unit 20; and a valve switchover mechanism 60 rotating the valve 50. The heat exchange unit 10 includes a heat medium flow passage 11 in which a heat medium for the heat exchange with the exhaust gas circulates. The valve switchover mechanism 60 includes a temperature sensor 61 disposed apart from the heat medium and responding to heat of the heat medium; and an actuator 62 rotating the valve 50 by the response of the temperature sensor 61. |
