PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SQUID microscope allowing an operator to adjust the position of a SQUID sensor element and having a simple configuration for the adjustment.SOLUTION: Rotation of a thimble of a depth micrometer (8) in clockwise direction by an operator causes a spindle (8a) to press down a shaft (9), the shaft (9) to press down a relay pin (7e), and the relay pin (7e) to press down a bearing member (2), thereby enabling a SQUID chip (1) to adjust the position of a sapphire window (6). A simple configuration is enabled by such a mechanism for transferring the movement of the spindle (8a) of the depth micrometer (8) directly to the SQUID chip (1). |
