The present invention relates to a full-body stretching exercise apparatus enabled to be conveniently enjoyed anytime and anywhere, indoors and outdoors, and to a full-body stretching exercise apparatus which is excellent for both full body stretching and muscular strength training through an easy push-up motion in which the arms of a user are raised so as to obliquely push up the apparatus, in a state in which the lower body of the user is fixed. To this end, the full-body stretching exercise apparatus of the present invention comprises: a body frame having a bumper at one lateral side thereof, and wheels provided at the lower part thereof; a post vertically erected such that the post is coupled to a first folding part on the upper surface of the body frame so as to be foldable, and having a retractable retraction post provided at the upper part thereof; a handle provided at the upper end of the post; and an inclined support for connecting the body frame and the post in a straight line so as to reinforce the same. |
