An endoscopic optical molecular image navigation system and a multi-spectral imaging method. The system comprises a light source module (110), an optical signal collection module (120), a computer control and processing module (130), a system supporting module (140) and an optical filter switching module (150). The light source module (110) is used for illuminating a detection area (100) of tissue to be detected and providing exciting light and visible light for the detection area (100). The optical signal collection module (120) is used for obtaining images of fluorescence and visible light according to reflected light of the detection area (100). The computer control and processing module (130) is connected to the optical signal collection module (120), and used for controlling a first fluorescence camera (129), a second fluorescence camera (1210) and a color camera (125) in the optical signal collection module (120) and processing and displaying the images of fluorescence and visible light collected by the optical signal collection module (120). The system supporting module (140) is used for being connected to and supporting all the components. The optical filter switching module (150) is used for providing optical filters with different spectra for the light source module (110) and the optical signal collection module (120). Images of different spectral sections are spliced together, image fusion of spectra is achieved, and the images are displayed. |
