PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television message method which allows users of user television equipment devices connected to a television distribution facility to transmit messages to each other relating to a television program or another suitable subject, and to provide a television message system.SOLUTION: A television message system 10 allows a user to participate in evaluations, contests, promotions, and surveys related to a television program while watching the television program. The television message system also allows the user to create and transmit a message to a television program entity. The user transmits the message through the television message system 10 to a user of a personal computer connected to a television distribution facility 16 through a communication network 24. |
