PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method of a glass panel body while preventing defects on a cutting face as much as possible, even if it is a glass panel body such as a liquid crystal panel being formed by fixing a plurality of overlapped glass plates to each other.SOLUTION: A cutting method of a glass panel body 1 includes a first cutting step for bending the glass panel body 1 and cutting a first glass plate 2 that is positioned at the outermost side among a plurality of glass plates 2 and 3 when the glass panel body 1 is bent, and a second cutting step for the bending glass panel body 1 in the same direction as the direction in the first step and cutting a second glass plate 3 that is positioned at the inner diameter side than the first glass plate 2 among the plurality of glass plates 2 and 3. |
