PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fine cellulose for promoting industrial utilization of natural resources and expanding usage thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of fine cellulose includes: a decomposition process of decomposing, in a dry process, a cellulosic material whose starting material is cellulose; and a refining process of refining the cellulosic material with a machine. The decomposition process is a process not including a cleaning process using liquid, and fine cellulose is manufactured whose average fiber length is within a range of 5-30 μm and whose average fiber diameter is within a range of 0.2-0.8 μm. |
