PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for largely simplifying and solving the labors of both a shipper side and a post office side by solving the problem that a sender writes the information of a shipper and a recipient on an envelope in various methods, and performs entry by handwriting in the shipper column and recipient column of a sending slip, and brings it into a post office, and the post office side attaches an inquiry number label to the envelope, and writes 11-digit numbers in the number column of the sending slip or photographs the shipper and the inquiry numbers to issue it as a receipt by a printer, and enters the recipient name by handwriting in a current situation.SOLUTION: There is provided a shipment and reception simplification system of registered mail in which sender information is called on the basis of a registration card, and recipient information is read by an OCR, and an inquiry number label to be output is attached to an envelope, and the envelope is delivered to a counter as well as details to be output from a receipt printer. Thus, it is possible to easily achieve procedures only by following all operation instructions to be displayed on a touch panel. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the labor of a sender and the workloads of clerks. |
