PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of cooking an ingredient deliciously without contaminating the inside of a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a cooking chamber 26 having an opening 26e on the front surface of a main body 2; an upper heater 27a provided in the upper part inside the cooking chamber 26; a lower heater 27b provided in the lower part inside the cooking chamber 26; an operation unit 5 for performing heating setting of the heaters 27; a temperature sensor T1 for detecting a temperature inside the cooking chamber 26; a control unit 45 for controlling the heaters 27 depending on the setting of the operation unit 5 and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor T1; and a deep tray 41 for mounting an object 30 to be heated disposed between the lower heater 27b and the upper heater 27a. The control unit 45 performs control of: energizing the upper heater 27a with maximum heating power to heat both upper surface and lower surface of the object 30 to be heated; next, heating, using the lower heater 27b, the lower surface of the object 30 to be heated; and, finally, heating, using the upper heater 27a and the lower heater 27b, both upper surface and lower surface of the object 30 to be heated. |
