A thermostat power connector and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The thermostat power connector, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is connected to a lead wire provided in a cartridge heater so as to supply power to the cartridge heater, and comprises: a main body of which an external power terminal is connected to one end thereof; two busbar terminals of which a predetermined portion of the other end is protrudingly provided from the other end of the main body, in a state in which one end is inserted into the main body; a lower cover of which one end is connected to the lower part of the main body and of which an insertion hole is formed at the other end so as to allow the lead wire of the cartridge heater to be inserted thereinto; ring terminals mounted inside the lower cover in correspondence to the insertion hole so as to be connected to the respective bus bar terminals, and of which the lead wire, inserted into the insertion hole, is fixed in an inserted state; and an upper cover coupled to the upper part of the lower cover and of which one end is connected to one end of the main body.
