The present invention provides a webpage-based remote device management method, said method comprising: information inputted by a user by means of a management device is received, and according to the information inputted by the user, a corresponding operation command is generated; the operation command is written to a managed device by means of a first channel, and returned information, generated after the managed device executes the operation corresponding to the operation command, is obtained; the returned information is sent, by means of a second channel and on the basis of a push mechanism, to the management device, and is displayed on the webpage of the management device.
